New Hair Cut!
I went to the salon today to get my dye job replenished and my hair cut. Ostensibly, it was only supposed to be a trim, but I feel like I've been carrying around a lot of sadness with my ultra long hair, and as silly as it seems, I thought a hair cut would liberate me a little from that. I think it did it's job - I already feel a lot freer and more confident. The only nitpick I have with it is that it's basically Kathy Griffin hair, which I only realized when I was playing around in the mirror afterwords. That's okay, though. Kathy's fierce. I'll rock it.
This was the best before pic I could find, but when I got it cut today, it was way past my shoulders. After I was done, I looked down at all my old hair covering the floor and it looked like several small furry animals had died down there. :\
Ta da! I absolutely love it - especially the bangs. I was kinda going for the sexy librarian look.
From another angle. I know it doesn't show the hair very well, but I think I look kinda good here. ;)
And these pics have nothing to do with my hair but I think they're kinda cute.
This is my fatty dog, Sparky. He's a 9 year old lhasa apso. I love this picture because he looks like a cranky old man in it.
Sparky again, not cranky but quizzical as usual. He kinda looks like a puppy here, which is trippy.
